Delivery
Standard Delivery: UK mainland (1–3 weeks). Free on all orders.
Our handmade-to-order approach means your bed is crafted after you order it. This typically takes 5–7 working days, followed by delivery arranged at your convenience.
Express Delivery: Available on selected in-stock items (2–5 days). Contact us for pricing.
Delivery to Scotland, N. Ireland, and Wales: Please contact us for tailored delivery options and timescales.
Our Delivery Service
All deliveries are white-glove: our partners will deliver to your room of choice, unbox, assemble (if needed), and remove all packaging. We do not deliver to flats or apartments without prior agreement.
You'll receive tracking information and can schedule delivery at a time that suits you. We aim for punctuality and courtesy on every delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked.
Condition Requirements: Items must be in original condition (no damage, stains, or wear beyond normal inspection).
Return Shipping:We'll arrange and cover return collection for UK mainland. You're responsible for damage occurring during return transit.
Exchanges:We're happy to exchange fabric, size, or headboard height within 14 days. Additional costs apply if upgrading.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage and contact us immediately (within 48 hours). We'll assess and either replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select EU countries. Contact us for a personalized quote and delivery timeline. International returns may incur additional costs.
